By accessing or using the ProMed Wellness website, booking a consultation, or receiving treatments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All treatments require a pre-treatment consultation. We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is determined unsafe or unsuitable. You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate medical history.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit a deposit. Specific terms are confirmed at booking.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable to other services at our discretion. Retail product returns are accepted within 14 days, unopened.

Aesthetic and wellness outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results. Photographs, testimonials, and before/after images on this site represent actual clients but are not promises of identical outcomes for every patient.
